I imagine that out of all the exercises the barbell c&j and snatch are the ones that play most on your mind regarding personal safety.

It takes balls to do this type of training when you start getting right up against your level and I should think that it is only natural that ocassionally you just want to stay within a range that you know is safe.

Keep banging away at it and you will get it. It sounds like you are in very good hands.

I have been very impressed with the progress I've read about since first looking at your blog. You and Martin both seem to have really kicked it up a gear and it is very inspiring for me.

Colin,

Thanks for the excellent advice. I will keep banging away at this as I know I have the strength to get better .. these lifts are extremely technical and take time.
