Thanks to google's advance search function, I finally found out how the Chinese say and write kettlebell .. they were located on a few Chinese Fitness Products company websites. If my entry is accepted it should be available within a week or so in the MDGB Chinese-English On-line Dictionary.

My thumb felt much better after two contrast baths today. I tried a little OH snatch work with just the bar but still too much pain. No problem with clean grip OH squats and jerks.

The Front squats where the most demanding yet especially after all the squat clean and jerk work. The pullups seemed to nicely complement the jerk work.

After some broomstick work I felt so good after last night I decided some broomstick and kettlebell work are in order.

Current: 182 1/2 lbs
I splurged over the weekend going out for both Chinese and Indian food. By Monday morning I was up to 184 1/2 .. no problem .. after two days of close to 100% Precision Nutrition compliance (yesterday I had a 2 oz of dark chocolate .. incredibly tasty stuff), most of it is gone.

Interesting that I'd be importing about 1 1/2 ton of 壺鈴 from China. 壺 would also mean vase of any kind.
I'll be making a CK-FMS trip this year.
