This was a nice quick fifteen minute training session. Once again I am trying to get in some pressing at least four times a week with low volume relative to ETK ROP. I threw in some bent over rows and front squats to add some variety .. done for the day especially with the TSC next Saturday.

Hey Franklin. Happy Birthday - I wish you another year like this one. You have made astounding progress and sounds like you had some peak experiences.
